a very complicated cookie with a bunch of flavours that apparently go very well together (confirmed by my taste buds and the record time it took for these to go poof in this house)

ingredients
1 tsp chia seeds
4-5 tbsp water
¼ cup unsweetened natural peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter of choice)
¼ cup raw sugar (or other sweetener of choice)
¼ cup jowar(sorghum) flour (sift this for best results) (or you could use some other gf flour of choice)
2 ½ tbsp of coconut pwd (wud recommend using dessicated coconut instead)
1 ½ tbsp oats
¼ tsp of salt (if nut butter is unsalted)
¼ tsp cardamom pwd (optional)
Toppings/add-ins: chopped almonds, cranberries and dark choc chunks…you could also add chopped pumpkin seeds, choco chips, any other dried fruit(raisins) etc.
